Diversity Executive Leadership Academy

The CDP program is designed for all experience levels from novice to seasoned professionals. Upon matriculation from the program, graduates will have been exposed to an overview the techniques and tools needed to serve in the cultural diversity leadership role successfully. They will also complete the steps in creating a strategic cultural diversity and inclusion plan.
