Cultural Diversity Inclusion & Equity Leadership

This course provides participants with a framework for transforming an organization into an engaged, productive, and inclusive workforce. The training requires the completion of 10 modules.

The course provides exercises, short video presentations, and individual and discussion-group activities to develop cultural diversity practitioner skills, plus two required scenario-based quizzes to integrate the course content.

Designing & Developing a Bias & Inequity Elimination Action Plan

DELA 304B · Online DELA 304A · Classroom

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to design and develop a racial equity action plan — covering the principles of racial equity, the importance of action planning, and practical strategies for developing and implementing effective plans.

Drawing on the expertise and experiences of leading organizations and institutions, participants gain the tools and insights to create impactful racial equity action plans through short presentations, reading, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises.
